Ava in the bluebonnets

Spring time in Texas means one thing, pictures in the bluebonnets! We found a little patch that was just perfect for Ava's 10 month shoot, and her big brother joined the fun too. I can't believe we'll only meet one more time before her one year shoot. She just keeps getting more and more beautiful. I hope her Daddy is prepared to beat the boys away with a stick when she's older. :)

Serious amounts of girly cuteness

You just gotta love a baby girl in a pink tutu, I mean, seriously, is this little one adorable or what? If she looks a bit familiar, well, that's because she you saw her cousin, Miss Maggie, on the blog just a few weeks ago. Miss G was a total sweetie for our session, and I am looking forward to meeting again soon to take some shots with her big brother.

Striking Senior

I had an amazing session with a super fun senior a few weeks ago and am so excited to share these images. J and her mom were a total blast, even though I think I might have worn them out a bit with all the walking we did. I was not surprised at all to learn that this stunning teen was voted to have the "Best Smile" at her school. Thank you J and J for hanging with me and allowing me to capture this exciting time in your lives!

Always Adorable Ava

For Ava's 9 month shoot, her mom got her this gorgeous little dress and matching bonnet and wanted the pics to have a little more of a vintage/old style feel. I had a blast processing these and Ava's mom and I were both thrilled with how they came out. I can't believe how much this little cutie has grown and that we're already planning her one year shoot. My how time flies!

Beautiful Expectations

I had my very first maternity session a few weeks ago and was so fortunate to have such a sweet and gorgeous couple to model for me. It was actually a bit more challenging than I expected to get a good angle on that little baby bump, but luckily, this adorable couple was very patient with me and didn't think I was that crazy when I was rolling around in the grass to get the shots I wanted. Thank you, T and N for being such good sports and I am so looking forward to meeting (and of course, taking pictures of) your little girl!
